I had a lucky find when I was beachcombing for sea glass the other day. I found a piece of black sea glass, which is very old. Not only is this piece of glass an antique, but it is an antique from the sea - how special! It's amazing to think that this piece of glass has probably been in the sea for more than a hundred years! Production of black glass ceased in the late 1800's.
