Mermaids on Mermaids' Tears

Here are some miniature paintings on sea glass that you can wear! You may have seen some of my mermaid paintings on seashells, sea slate and driftwood... well here are some smaller versions - mermaids on mermaids tears! ("Mermaids' tears" is another name for sea glass).

There is a wearable version of "Sleepy Mermaid at Sunrise" which I originally painted on sea slate, "Mermaid on a Rock" and "The Mermaid and the Sea Flower". There is also the "Mermaid on the Beach" and "The Mermaid who Swims Through the Glittery Sea Finds a Jewel". These hand painted sea glass pendants are for sale in the Tiddu shop.

I usually create one of a kind pieces of jewellery. However, I will be recreating these as they are quite good to collect. Of course, each one will be different, e.g. different colours and different coloured beads etc. These pendants make unique gifts for Valentine's Day (just two weeks away!) or any other special occasion.

I will be having a stall at "The Magic Market" on Saturday 5th February. The market will be open from 10am until 4pm and will be held at Revue Studios, (above Varsity), Castle Square, Swansea. Admission is free. There will be a wide variety of goods for sale, many hand made along with taster therapies and tarot readings and a raffle to raise money for animal rescue.
